popupwindow.a = “xxx”;
However, in popupwindow, when use:
window.a shows “undefined”
This happened in IE, but work as expected in Chrome. (window.a shows “xxx” )
My workaround is:
window.a = “xxx”;
popupwindow = window.open();
In popupwindow:
window.opener.a shows “xxx”
